The court decided to release Müftüoğlu while the prosecutor demanded the continuation of the detention.

The court decided to release Müftüoğlu while the prosecutor demanded the continuation of the detention.
The 3rd hearing of Müftüoğlu, who was detained in Amed after a raid on her home on April 29, 2023 was held. The raid and detention came as part of the Ankara-based investigation and arrested on May 3, the World Journalists’ Day. Dicle Müftüoğlu is charged with “being a member of a terrorist organization” and “establishing and managing a terrorist organization.”
