A worker lost his life when rocks fell on him at the Türkiye coalmines.
Hüseyin Uzun, aged 43, was on his way to the surface after completing his shift under ground when the roof fell in and rocks piled up on him in the mine.
During his rescue operation some relatives who came to the mine site fainted from anxiety. Unfortunately the miner had lost his life before he could be rescued.
